“In training with Taha I’ve discovered so much about what my body and mind are capable of. Working out and staying in shape have always brought a sense of malaise to my mental state, like the act of doing either would be such a chore that I’d find myself dreading even the smallest thing if it was put in the context of working out.

Taha has rewritten so much of that dread. Working out at the gym has now become a joy and I have fun every time I go. His plans have me using my body and expanding its capabilities in creative and exciting ways. On top of that, his Foundational Five lifestyle coaching has me honing other aspects of my daily life that have improved my motivation to stay healthy and form a long lasting relationship with my health. I have more energy throughout my day from the newly active lifestyle, I find myself craving nutritionally enriching food, and I’m more consistently hydrated than I’ve ever been.

It’s truly wild how elevated my self image has become and how excited I am to continue my journey with Taha as I grow and further challenge myself. He’s completely rewired my relationship with health and fitness, and I know he facilitates that or something equally amazing with any of his clients. I can’t recommend him enough.

If you’re wanting to start on your fitness journey or are looking for a new trainer to challenge you and grow with you, Taha’s your guy!”

“Taha actively works to create a brave space for you and your health journey. He not only listens to your goals and creates a plan to help you find success, but he gives you the space to rediscover and renew your sense of self. Taha also helped me recognize the importance of a well-rounded health perspective. It’s not just how we are moving our bodies and what we are eating, but also how we value sleep and process stress. I feel more empowered in my health journey thanks to Taha!”

“Working with Taha was easy, motivational, and most importantly created a change in my workout habits and a healthier way of exercising.

I am a pretty active person but often would get bored or fall out of practice due to not truly knowing how to curate my sessions. Having a 3-day workout schedule just for me made me more enthusiastic about exercising and helped me stick to it. I also felt more inspired, since Taha asked me what type of workouts I enjoyed and curated a plan that kept not only my body active, but my brain too.

Taha also helps me break from the body-image taboo of AFAB bodies needing to look a certain way in order to be deemed as "beautiful". Seeing myself getting stronger and healthier, as well as my energy levels being up is so much more empowering than a flat belly. Overall, I am very satisfied and would recommend Taha as a personal coach, not only because his program gives long lasting results, but also because it creates better habits and self-confidence.

He was always very responsive and open to advice and adjusting my plan based on my progress too.”

“I was starting to feel burnt out and in a rut with my usual workout routine. I wanted to receive a more personalized plan. Taha was able to craft a plan tailored to my goals and preferences. We discussed specific exercises I struggled with and he gave me alternative moves to target the same areas. Taha is incredibly empathetic and understanding that life happens sometimes and you won’t always be perfect with working out or eating healthy. He emphasizes that your health is a journey and making small sustainable changes over time can be life changing.”

“I've tried many times to find a collaborator in my healing journey. All of the horses and all the kings men couldn't put Humpty back together again (bodywork professionals, DPTs, doctors, acupuncturists)- they wouldn't react positively because I had a strange combination of constraints, and gave me exercises that left me in more pain than I was before. This was depressing because I believe in my body, and going from bedridden to- well- not bedridden is a crazy process that takes a lot of mental and physical strength, but I wanted to make it feel fun and restorative instead of what I received- a message of how messed up my body is. I wanted someone who respected this process as much as I do.

I left my consultation with Taha feeling the most positive and supported I have felt in my entire life, let alone this injury. Taha is a creative professional for the art of movement. His approach is with awareness of the whole body and self working together and is just a wellspring of vivacious positivity: In just half an hour I walked away with an entire list of exercises I can do with no pain, and that I can get stronger with, as well as a new mindset that I felt the effects of immediately. If you are seeking health and wellness coaching that is inclusive, spiritually uplifting, trauma and ED informed, and accommodating for all abilities (and for me that's saying something), check it out!”
